Service timelines, deliverables, and pricing are shared and agreed upon before project commencement.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All service charges will be communicated clearly in writing before starting any project.

• 50% advance payment is generally required to initiate work unless agreed otherwise.

• The remaining amount is payable upon project completion or in defined milestones.

• No refund will be provided once the project is initiated or work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, timely content, and approvals to avoid delays.

• Any delay in response or deliverables from the client may impact project timelines.

• Revisions are allowed as per the service package selected. Excessive or scope-changed revisions may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

• All creative assets (designs, content, code, etc.) developed by Soch Digital will remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership/license for the final deliverables.

• We reserve the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree not to share any business or personal information shared with us during the course of service, except as required by law or agreed by both parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Soch Digital shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business due to delays or disruptions

• Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting, or ad platforms beyond our control

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or service in case of:

• Non-payment

• Abuse or misconduct

• Violation of these terms

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
